Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Orta San Giulio
Welcome by Lake Orta. Hotel check-in and free time to explore the village and the Sacro Monte.
Day 2 – Orta > Lake Como (204 km)
Ride along Lake Maggiore, Lake Lugano, and the Balcony of Italy. Overnight by Lake Como.
Day 3 – Lake Como > Chiavenna (113 km)
Discover Bellagio, visit the Moto Guzzi museum in Mandello del Lario, then head through the Lombard Alps to Chiavenna.
Day 4 – Chiavenna > Dolomites (267 km)
Spectacular climb to Stelvio Pass, then cross Trentino via the Mendola Pass.
Day 5 – Dolomites > Cortina d’Ampezzo (182 km)
Exceptional day in the Dolomites with the Gardena, Sella, Pordoi, and Falzarego passes. Overnight in Cortina.
Day 6 – Cortina > Trento (279 km)
Ride through the Giau Pass, San Boldo Pass, and Monte Grappa. Arrival in Trento.
Day 7 – Trento > Bergamo (219 km)
Final turns around Lake Garda via the Strada della Forra. End of the itinerary in Bergamo after skirting Lake Iseo.
